Step 1:
- Start the converter.
Step 2:
- In the field “Converted images…..”, press “…” button.
Step 3:
- Select “Copy to E-mail” menu item and click on “New profile” subitem.
Step 4:
- In the field after “Converted images will be send to E-Mail”, specify the email you want to send the message with resulting files to, e.g. “your@mail.com”.
If you have to deliver the message to several users, enter several email addresses separated by “;” character
By default, all subfolders of the added directories are converted. To disable this option, specify No in “Convert with subfolders” line.
Step 5:
Specify the following message fields:
- “CC” – this field used to specify recipients for the message copy, e.g. “your2@mail.com”. This field may be left empty.
- “Subject” – the subject of the resulting message, e.g. “ImageConverter Plus result”. This field may be left empty.
- “Body” – message text. This field may be left empty.
- “Encoding” – message encoding, used to correctly display the message in the mailing client or webmail interface.
The default setting is “Windows-1256”, but to select the correct encoding, you should consult your provider or administrator. - “Sender name” – sender name, e.g. “icp@mail.com”.
- “Sender address” – sender email address “ImageConverter Plus”.
Step 6:
Setup access to SMTP server:
- “SMTP server” – IP address or domain name of the SMTP server, e.g. “smtp.mail.com”.
- “port” – Port used to connect to the server (typically 25).
Step 7:
If your SMTP server needs authentification, select the needed authentification type and fill in the following fields:
- In “User name” field, specify user name corresponding to the address specified in “Sender name” field.
- In “User password” field, specify the password for the user specified in “User name” field.
- Enable “Use secure connection (SSL)” option if SMTP server demands secure connection.
Step 8:
- If you access Internet via a proxy server, setup proxy connection.
