The watermark overlaps important image parts
You can add a logo to the image in such a way that it overlaps a part of the image. Still, if it is undesirable to overlap even a small part of the image, you can add a narrow stripe to the bottom of the image and place your logo on it.
Do the following:
Step 1:
- First, create a separate graphics file with transparent background and your logo on it. Image size should be larger than the image itself.
Step 2:
- Launch Image Converter Plus.
Step 3:
- Go to «Photos» tab, select and add images you want to process.
Step 4:
- Go to «Scripts» tab, click «Add operation» in «Operation before save: Add operation» line and select «Canvas».
Step 5:
- Click once again and select «Watermark».
Step 6:
- Click «+» mark located to the left from «Add operation» line to open the group of settings for added operations.
Step 7:
- In «Canvas», enter a value into the «Width» box. This value should be larger than your logo width (if it is attached to a side of the image). Or, if the logo is attached to the top or bottom of the image, enter a value into the «Height» box. This value should be larger than your logo height. Activate «Relative» checkbox.
Step 8:
- In «Anchor», select the side opposite to the logo side (if your logo will be placed below, select «Top»; if your logo will be placed to the right, select «Left»). In «Border Color», select a background color for your logo.
Step 9:
- In «Watermark», enter the full path to the file with the logo you've just created into «Apply watermark from file :» line.
Step 10:
- In «with horizontal alignment : , with vertical alignment :», select the desired place for your logo on the image.
Step 11:
- In «with horizontal offset : , with vertical offset :» enter offset values in pixels.
Step 12:
- Specify settings for the output format (optimal values are specified by default).
Step 13:
- Specify the folder to save converted images to.
Step 14:
- Specify other settings.
Step 15:
- Press «Start» button to start conversion.
