Image Converter Plus 8.0 features
Starting with version 8.0, Image Converter Plus supports conversion of huge files.
Image Converter Plus can now convert all types of TIFF format, JPEG format, BMP format without limiting image size.
The program can create thumbnails for very large files. It was tested with images whose size on hard drive was 256 GYGAbytes and could process them without any problems.
Working with huge images is now limited ony by your hard drive size.
It should be noted that not all graphics formats can contain large images. For example, PCX format cannot contain images larger tham 32000 pixels. This refers to all graphics file formats that were introduced long ago and are improved no longer.
The program supports all popular modern formats without limiting file size. Maps, collages, microscopes or MRT images are now processed without any problems.
When processing such large images, the program does not cause your computer to collapse. All computer functions remain available and it can be used in the usual way.
It should be noted that processing images of such large size needs enough space on your hard drive.
When testing the product, we collected really large images from all over the world. We successfully converted all images we could find. Among them there are images from NASA sites, full MRT scans of a human body collected into a single file and much more.
